Services
Sentara RMH works to educate people on preventative measures before they end up in the hospital.
Respiratory therapists make sure your lungs work properly. They work with newborns, all the way up to grandma and grandpa and can work in any part of a hospital.
Services may be performed in inpatient or outpatient settings, and the Pulmonary Services staff works in many areas, including the Emergency Room, Critical Care Unit, and various hospital floors.

Anyone with respiratory issues.
Activities
As part of that, they're teaching students in the area about the dangers of tobacco. Ron Cople, a respiratory therapist at the hospital, visits middle schools in Rockingham County and arms them with knowledge of the effects of tobacco.
